It is the responsibility of all designers, builders and building owners to make sure their structure complies with the requirements set out by the building regulations and associated legislation.

Out of hours emergencies relating to dangerous structures are dealt with by the emergency services. Please contact them if you believe the problem is causing immediate danger.
