PLUS forget waiting your turn for an available loan of the ebook. For a two weeks 26th June to 9th July we will have unlimited access to the ebook Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. This means as many library users as want to borrow it, will be able to borrow Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone at the same time through Borrowbox! ! Borrowing e-books is completely free and you can borrow up to 6 books from Borrowbox or 10 from CloudLibrary.
Join the Books and Banter group for a chat with author Cath Weeks about her book "Blind" on Wednesday 28 June 2017 at 5:45pm.
"Blind" is about how hard we battle for our children and how blind we can be to the secrets of those closest to us.
It's a story that delves into the very heart of our dangerous yearning for perfection.
This summer, between 1 July to 16 September, we want YOU to tip toe in to the library and bring out your inner Sherlock, by joining in the ‘Animal Agents’.The Summer Reading Challenge is FREE to take part in and children aged 4-11, are encouraged to read any six books, receive spectacular prizes.
To kick off you can meet author Gareth P Jones for beards and ukuleles and Beards in Outer Space FREE! He's visiting The Curve and Cippenham Library on Saturday 1 July! Book Gareth Jones!
Then on Saturday 8 July come along to Cippenham and Langley Library for an interactive performance of 100 Mile an hour dog with John Kirk.
Tickets are £3 for children and £5 for adults. Book 100 mile an hour dog!
